What you’ll do
- Engage with potential clients through networking, referrals, self-promotion, and lead follow-up, showcasing your knowledge of various insurance products.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to individual client circumstances.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Manage sales administration tasks, including documentation and follow-ups, to streamline the client onboarding process.
- Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote insurance products and services effectively in the community.
