What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist position at LifeLinks Mental Health?
LifeLinks Mental Health is seeking to fill the following position:
Front Desk Receptionist- Part time Approximately 20 hours per week (2-3 days) during standard office hours (9am-5pm)
This is a great entry level opportunity for individuals looking to work in the Mental Health field and learn more about the services we provide to our community!
Qualified applicants must be responsible, reliable and able to multi-task.
Experience in a healthcare or social service office setting is preferred but not necessary.
Primary responsibilities include greeting and assisting clients with various requests, collecting payments, answering phones, and general secretarial support to clinicians.
The successful candidate will be dependable, honest, organized and have exceptional customer service as well as strong communication skills.
A high school degree or its equivalency is required.
