Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist in conducting scientific research by preparing samples and conducting experiments under the supervision of senior staff.
- Perform quality control checks on laboratory equipment and processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Utilise Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to track samples, manage data, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct analyses of samples, documenting results meticulously for further evaluation.
- Maintain a clean and organised laboratory environment, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and maintained.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve laboratory procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous laboratory experience is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with standard laboratory practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations relevant to laboratory operations is advantageous.
- Proficiency in mathematical calculations related to scientific experiments.
- Experience with quality control processes will be beneficial.
