Patient Care Coordinator | Lifeline Physical Therapy – Warrendale, PA
The front desk is where every patient's experience begins. We're looking for someone who understands that, and takes it seriously.
Lifeline Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy practice with eight locations across Pittsburgh. Our Warrendale clinic serves a diverse patient population for physical therapy including cardiopulmonary therapy.
What You'll Do
- Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient records
- Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and collect copays
- Support daily front office operations with accuracy and consistency
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service instincts and clear communication
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under a busy schedule
- Experience in a medical or therapy office setting preferred
- Comfortable with computers and electronic medical records
You don't need to check every box — but you do need to be someone who takes ownership, stays composed, and genuinely cares about the people walking through the door.
