Operations Lead — LifeLine Nutrition & Wellness Part-Time | 28 Hours/Week | $15/Hour
Monday 10 AM–6 PM | Tuesday–Friday 9 AM–2 PM
LifeLine Nutrition & Wellness is looking for a dependable, organized and motivated Operations Lead to become a key part of our growing business. This isn't just a retail position. We're looking for someone who wants consistent hours, meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to learn how to help run the day-to-day operations of LifeLine.
What You'll Do
You'll be trained to help own LifeLine's weekly operating flow, including:
- Meal production and weekly cook
-day operations
- Reviewing orders and determining production quantities - Grocery and supply planning
- Preparing weekly production and prep plans
- Protein bar production and meal labeling
- Organizing customer orders and retail inventory
- Supporting and directing production tasks when needed
- Maintaining LifeLine's food quality, cleanliness and organization standards
- Serving customers and preparing shakes, smoothies and teas
- Helping keep the operation running smoothly without needing constant direction
We're Looking for Someone Who Is

- Comfortable working with numbers, basic spreadsheets and computer systems
- Able to follow recipes, measurements and detailed procedures accurately
- A quick learner who can retain information and become increasingly independent
- Comfortable solving problems and making reasonable decisions
- Willing to take initiative instead of always waiting to be told what to do
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced food-production environment
- Friendly and professional with customers
- Interested in growing into greater responsibility as LifeLine grows
Food-service or meal-prep experience is helpful, but the right work ethic, reliability and ability to learn are more important to us than having the perfect résumé.
Schedule & Compensation
Starting pay: $15/hour Approximately 28 guaranteed hours per week - Monday: 10 AM–6 PM - Tuesday–Friday: 9 AM–2 PM - Occasional earlier or extended Monday hours may be needed with advance notice.
This position has the opportunity for increased responsibility and compensation as competency and the business grow.
