What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Volunteer position at Lifeline Christian Mission?
We desire to inspire action, end hunger, and transform communities. Much of our work is global with job creation, education, health/nutrition, economic empowerment, and more. Our primary purpose here in Columbus and the U.S. is to support families struggling with food insecurity and malnutrition. We do this through our meal pack events, where people help fund and pack nutritious shelf-stable meals of various recipes for food pantries, shelters, school meal programs--wherever it's needed. Everyone. Everywhere.

Various tasks based on your skill set and preference, such as
- Washing the 'dishes' (cups, scoops, bins, etc.) from our meal pack events (Mondays or Tuesdays)
- If you are okay with lifting 50 pounds stacking boxes, restocking shelves, moving pallets.
- Using a pick sheet, pulling equipment and supplies for our events
- Sweeping, mopping, trash removal--general clean-up of warehouse.
