Duties
- Help manage finances, including invoicing, expense tracking, and refunds to ensure financial accuracy.
- Support clerical and administrative tasks including proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence via Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
Qualifications
- Experience in office or administrative support roles with strong clerical skills.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace is essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, proofreading, and document formatting.
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems; bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Previous office experience demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills.
