Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Dental Lab Technician – Ceramist with experience in stain and glaze to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for shade matching, anatomy, and finishing, and takes pride in producing high-quality esthetic restorations.
Responsibilities
- Perform stain and glaze on crowns, bridges, and implant restorations
- Match shades accurately using prescribed guides and photos
- Ensure proper contour, anatomy, and surface texture
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
- Maintain consistency and quality control standards
- Follow lab protocols and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum [1–3 ] years of experience in dental lab ceramics (stain & glaze preferred)
- Strong understanding of dental anatomy and esthetics
- Experience with materials such as zirconia, e.max, and porcelain
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience with layering ceramics
- Artistic background or strong color theory skills
