Job Positions Available:

- Full-Time (or Part-Time) Maintenance position.
Are you a handy person? Maybe you don’t have the work background in repairs, or don’t have much work history at all, but you like to fix things? Or maybe you're looking for a part time job to supplement your main job or retirement? Either way, we need you! We are looking for a maintenance tech to work in our residential homes that serve people with disabilities. Our group homes need your skills, and willingness to learn skills, to make sure our people are safe.
Candidates should have basic knowledge of carpentry and drywall repairing. Knowledge of plumbing and electrical is a plus. May perform a variety of maintenance tasks including preventative maintenance, building upkeep, drywall repair, painting, basic carpentry, outdoor lawn care, garbage runs, and cleaning and organizing work areas to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for our residents. You must have a positive attitude, enjoy working with people and be timely and attentive. Must have reliable transportation, car insurance and a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications may include:
- Must be 18 years old or older to apply and must have a high school diploma or equivalent
