Job Positions Available:
- 1st shift
We are hiring for a Full-Time (or Part-Time) Maintenance position. Candidates should have basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry and drywall repairing. May perform a variety of maintenance tasks including work orders, preventative maintenance, building upkeep and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for our residents. Which may include painting, carpentry, electrical, dry wall repair, and cleaning and organizing some work areas. You must have a positive attitude, enjoy working with people and be timely and attentive. Must have reliable transportation, car insurance and a valid driver’s license.
Qualifications may include:
- Must be 18 years old or older to apply and must have a high school diploma or equivalent
