Health Educator

LifeHealth LLC (LifeHealth), a professional services company specializing in worksite wellness services, clinical staffing, and healthcare readiness is looking for qualified Health and Wellness Coach professionals to provide exceptional service at LifeHealth community and client sites across the US.

Position Summary:

LifeHealth Health and Wellness Coaches are responsible for conducting face to face health assessments typically in a corporate office setting. Our coaching staff are responsible for providing effective solutions to improving both the individual health and wellness of program participants and the overall health status of a client's population through lifestyle management. These could include stress management, nutrition, weight loss, physical activity betterment, tobacco cessation, etc. Coaches will take a holistic approach to Lifestyle management while providing excellent customer service to participants and clients. This position is seasonal PRN as needed, not full or part time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Provide educational seminar presentation on various health topics virtually or in person

• Review various participant biometric screenings such as cholesterol levels, body composition, and vitals

• Provide health education and consultation post measurement collection

• Collaborate with employees to establish health improvement plans

• Support customers in achieving personalized goals

• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to improve clinical outcomes

• Provide exceptional customer service and always maintain participant privacy.

Qualifications/Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• 2 or more years of experience in health coaching, health education, and or health promotion

• Bachelors degree in health related field, Registered Nurse with holistic coaching experience, Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach or other

• Passion for health improvement and high energy

• Ability to work independently and prioritize a moderate workload with minimal supervision

• Adaptability to schedule changes on an as-need basis

• Must be eligible to work in the US

• Must possess reliable transportation, have a clean driving record, and current automobile insurance.

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Current CPR, BLS or ACLS
