Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to help manage and enhance our brand’s presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in creating content, engaging with the audience, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop engaging text, image, and video content tailored to different platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Social Media Scheduling: Assist in planning and scheduling posts using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build brand loyalty and improve user engagement.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth to identify trends and insights.
• Campaign Assistance: Collaborate on social media campaigns to boost brand awareness, drive traffic, and achieve specific marketing goals.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on current trends, hashtags, and platform updates to ensure content remains relevant and effective.
• Competitor Analysis: Research competitor activity on social media to identify potential opportunities and industry benchmarks.
