We are currently accepting applications for an Experienced Millwork Craftsman.
Description
This is a full time (40 hours per week) position. The starting pay is competitive and based on experience, with occasional opportunities for overtime. Working hours are 730am-4pm, Monday through Friday). All new hires will complete a 90-day probationary period.

A competitive candidate will be highly experienced, with a proven history of success working in high end millwork. A candidate must also have significant experience working with solid surface materials, producing commercial reception desks, casework, freestanding furnishings, or similar products in a commercial environment.
In addition to this experience, a candidate must also have a working knowledge of casework installation, joinery and casework construction methods, and fully understand the manufacturing and installation process.
Duties
- Use experience to provide valuable insight on projects
- Fabricate top quality solid surface components
- Build complex freestanding work stations and casework to shop drawing specifications
- Anticipate and identify potential challenges in the manufacturing and installation process
- Complete dry fitment and QC of complex stations to ensure successful installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Inspect work using existing quality standards
Additional Responsibilities
- May periodically assist production at the direction of the Operations Manager
- May cross train and operate computer based machines as needed .
Minimum Qualifications
-Verifiable experience working in high end millwork manufacturing
-Top quality solid surface skills
-Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
-Experience operating basic hand tools
-Ability to accurately read a measuring tape and check dimensions
-Manual dexterity, the ability to regularly and safely lift up to 50lbs, and stand for long periods is required
Desired Qualifications
-Prior casework installation experience
