Position: Shared Living Home Care Provider
Location: Marshfield, MA Region
Annual Stipend: $48,330.00/Year - Tax Free!
Client Description/Summary: Individual is a kind, respectful 40-year-old woman looking to move to Marshfield, Pembrooke Hanover area. She has a 5 day/week day program. She enjoys watching tv, listening to music, Arts and Crafts, shopping and basketball. She is independent in ADL's but needs assistance with cooking and reminders to do chores/hygiene routine. Loves kids and cats and enjoys being around them. Her goal is to live more independently.
Requirements: Experience with Mental Health disorders preferred.
What’s involved?
As a Shared Living Home Care Provider, you will provide a safe and comfortable home for an adult with a developmental disability to live their best life, support them with tasks such as but not limited to, meal preparation, medication administration, transportation to and from medical appointments, socialization, participation in the community and other daily living tasks and activities.
Can I Still Have a Day Job?
Yes, and many people do as most individuals we serve receive staffed day support out in the community with outside staff (Monday through Friday).
What if I Need a Break?
Home Care Providers will have access to respite support, so you can go still to that wedding… take a weekend off or just go visit your family, with adequate notice when possible.
Do I Get Training & Support?
LifeConnections provides extensive training and on-going support, including monthly home visits and the availability of agency staff to guide and assist providers with any issues that might arise.

We are looking for a Shared Living Home Care Provider in MARSHFIELD, MA REGION.
What are the Hiring Requirements?
- An Extra, private bedroom in your home
- A Safe Home Inspection
- High School Diploma or GED
- Auto/Home/Renters Insurance
- Valid driver's license & 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Satisfactory completion of background screening and applicable pre-employment checks.
