What You’ll Do
You will support the day-to-day flow of the office by helping with phones, documents, records, data entry, scanning, filing, scheduling support, staff communication, and general administrative tasks.
You may also assist with employee paperwork, patient-related administrative needs, follow-up, projects, and support for different departments as needed.
As you learn the organization, you may have the opportunity to gain experience in healthcare operations, HR, scheduling, patient coordination, compliance, and office management.

What We Offer

What We’re Looking For
- Strong organization, communication, customer service, and office skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, spreadsheets, and other office software
- Professional, friendly, dependable, and able to handle confidential information appropriately
- Healthcare or medical office experience required
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Previous administrative, customer service, reception, or office experience is helpful
