Requirements:
- Active Alabama license (LPC or LCSW)
- Must have at least one year of experience working
Responsibilities:
- Provides assessment, diagnosis, and treatment as needed to clients who present themselves for psychiatric evaluation
- Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates clinical treatment programs for the diagnosis, treatment, and/or referral of Health Plan clients
- Provides outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families and groups
- Prepares intake summaries, treatment plans, and case summaries and maintains ongoing confidential records
- Charts clients treatment and progress in accordance with state and regulations and in keeping with accepted community standards
- Refers clients to the Physician for consultation or specialized health resources for treatment.
