We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher to join our dynamic team of Non Emergency Transportation at LifeCare Transport. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation and logistics operations, ensuring that schedules are efficient and clients arrive on time. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Manage daily dispatch operations, including scheduling and routing.
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to track and optimize routes for drivers.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor fleet performance and address any issues that arise during transportation.
- Coordinate pick up and drop off processes of clients, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with social workers and clients to ensure smooth and on time transportation.
Skills
- Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is essential.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles..
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Ability to operate phone systems for efficient communication.
- Knowledge of fleet management practices is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
