The Home Care, Hospice, Assisted Living Registered Nurse provides safe and efficient patient care using professional knowledge and skills in accordance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act and LifeCare Medical Centers policies and procedures. The Registered Nurse demonstrates professional development and clinical competency utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Job Details:
Location: Roseau
Shift: Varies
Job Schedule: Primarily day time hours with call rotation
Hours: 8-4:30pm
FTE: 0.8
Weekends: on-call rotation
Holidays: on-call rotation
*Pay Range: $37.06-$55.59
*It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case and on several factors including relevant work experience, education, certification & licensure, and internal equity. Hourly pay is just one part of the compensation package for employees.
What you’ll get to do in this role:
Care patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric
Provide rapid intervention to prevent death or disability
Facilitate optimal health restoration to patients
Educate patients and their families about medications and treatment.
Assist physicians during examinations
Administer different types of medication
Chart Review per manager's request
You’re an excellent fit, if you have:
- associates degree from accredited nursing school; BSN preferred
- valid current MN RN license or ability to obtain
- BLS certification
- strong communication skills
- excellent critical thinking skills
- excellent interpersonal skills
- good problem solving and prioritizing skills
