Paramedic Pay/Schedule:
- Multiple scheduling options – Both Full-Time and Part Time Available
- Part time/Full Time pay Scale – $38,000 - $64,000
Paramedic Benefits:

Paramedic Essential Functions:
- Respond to 911 calls & provide high-quality patient care
- Communicate clearly with patients, partners, and healthcare staff
- Document care accurately and professionally
- Work effectively as part of a team
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Promote safety & follow all reporting protocols
- Support process improvements and high service standards
Paramedic Education and Experience:
- Ohio Paramedic license (in good standing)
- High school diploma or GED
- Clean driving record preferred
- Able to lead ALS calls confidently
Paramedic Physical Expectations:
- Lift/carry up to 150 lbs. unassisted
- Stand, walk, kneel, and climb as needed in emergency scenes
- Use radios, phones, and computers effectively
- Stay calm and focused in high-stress, fast-paced situations
- Make sound decisions under pressure, including with combative or unpredictable individuals
