- Review returned deliveries records for completeness.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders to address and resolve delivery issues promptly.
- Uphold the organization's standards and policies in all documentation and customer interactions.
- Utilize proven documentation and process management skills to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support the organization's mission by working effectively with older adults and disabled/chronically ill individuals.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education:

Required Experience:
