- Licensed Clinician holding a valid LCSW or LPC (required)
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsive.
- Positive, compassionate, and client-centered mindset.
- Experience with individuals and couples (preferred).
- Ability to learn and navigate an EHR system.
- Strong track record of client retention.
