JOB SUMMARY:
- Under minimal supervision, provides oversight to the clinical processes in the Department of Ophthalmology and maintains a high level of customer service to patients.
- Working closely with the Clinical Manager of KEI, the Sneior Technician will monitor clinical workflow efficiencies, processes, training and communication to the other Ophthalmic Technicians as directed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification
- JCAHPO required.
