FULL-TIME PEDIATRICIAN OPPORTUNITY

BALTIMORE, MD REGION
Main Street Pediatrics is seeking a full-time pediatrician to join our thriving, physician-led practice in Towson, Maryland — a well-established suburb of Baltimore.
As part of the LifeBridge Health Community Physician network, our Towson office is home to a cohesive team of eight experienced physicians dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
We provide comprehensive, compassionate care to patients from birth through college graduation and are well-respected within the community. Our practice fosters a collaborative environment that values the perspectives of both new clinicians and those with decades of experience. At Main Street Pediatrics, every voice matters.
Opportunity:
-Well-established team of pediatricians and support staff
-Pediatricians with their own panel of patients whom they get to know well. Partnership track encouraged
-Typical work week is 4.5 days, including an equal rotation of nights, weekends, and holidays
-Overnight nurse triage system to take phone calls. Typical patient volume of approximately 20 patients per full day
- Allscripts EMR
-Teaching opportunities with residents and medical students from Johns Hopkins, Sinai, and George Washington University, if desired
-Ideal start time: late summer or fall 2026

$160k starting base salary, plus productivity-based incentive pay.
Qualifications:
-MD or DO from an accredited medical school
-American Board of Pediatrics Board Certified or Board eligible
-Ability to obtain Maryland medical license, CDS license and DEA license
-Excellent communication and organization skills
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
