Job Title: Staff Nurse
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD.
About the Role:
The Staff Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, Standards of Practice, and organization protocols. This includes developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising plan of care based on physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and educational needs of the patient/family.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to patients in compliance with standards and protocols
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to ensure quality care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State (if resident of that state)
- Minimum 2 years Nursing Experience specific to Emergency Services or 3-5 years of other acute care experience preferred
- Certification in Emergency Nursing Preferred

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features state-of-the-art design with technology and amenities for emergency care. The department has 29 spacious, well-lit private treatment rooms, a comfortable waiting room, and the latest edition CT Scanner for early diagnosis of conditions such as strokes and impending heart attacks.
