About the Role:
Responsible for the safe and effective instruction of group exercise classes for participants with varying fitness levels in a corporate setting. Enthusiastic, friendly and comfortable working as a team member.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans the overall class structure and activities.
- Provides every participant with a quality exercise class designed to enhance their health and lifestyle.
- Committed to making each workout the best.
- Clearly and effectively communicates class structure or activities.
- Runs exercise programs safely. keeping aware of participants' strengths.
- Watches for warning signs in participants and demonstrates exercise program modifications as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: HS Diploma/GED preferred
- Experience: CPR/AED, Fitness Certification preferred, one year prior group exercise instruction experience.
$30 commission per class
