What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collections Registration Specialist position at LifeBridge Health?
Summary:
Responsible for registration of outpatient and inpatient services, processing of forms, obtaining consents, collection of money, review of accounts for outstanding balances, receipt and dissemination of information to appropriate areas of the hospitals, and compliance with all Federal and State mandates. Receives demographic information from various sources (i. e. , PHS, patient and/or family member, etc. ) and processes the information where appropriate. Ensures that all services are delivered in accordance with the Mission statement and SPIRIT values of Carroll Hospital.
