As a Clinical Social Worker, you will provide leadership within the interdisciplinary healthcare team by delivering comprehensive psychosocial services that support patients and families throughout their care journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patient and family needs.
- Develop individualized service plans and provide clinical social work consultation, counseling, and follow-up services.
- Deliver crisis intervention and emotional support to patients and families experiencing illness, trauma, or life transitions.
Education
- Master of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Three to five years of clinical social work experience in a healthcare, behavioral health, or community-based setting.
- Current Maryland Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC).
