What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at LifeABA?
LifeABA works with moderate-to-high functioning clients ages 13 to provide behavior analytic services across a variety of diagnoses. Areas of emphasis include social and conversation skills, functional living skills, and relationship management. LifeABA is also the only ABA provider in Las Vegas to specialize in Sexual Behavior Analysis to intervene on maladaptive sexual behaviors and promote healthy, sex positive development.
Due to the nature of our clientele, we utilize a sole delivery model, performing services directly with clients without the use of intermediary paraprofessionals (RBT's).
We are looking for BCBA's who are interested in helping the under-served adolescent population in Las Vegas during their transition to adulthood. Employees will be self managed in regards to client programming as well as scheduling, with collaborative peer and mentor consultation opportunities available to allow for personal and professional growth in competence and skills.
At LifeABA we value teamwork in both the job and the hiring process, and we strive to live by our values, rather than just talk about them. Our hiring process is exceedingly (and sometimes annoyingly) collaborative. Whether it comes to pay rate, hours worked, or benefits, we want a dialogue, and to hear what's important to you.
