Overnight Route Service Technician

Job Summary

Join Filta, a global leader in environmental kitchen solutions, as a Full-Time Overnight Cleaning Service Technician in East Troy, WI. This is a highly autonomous role managing a consistent route, where you will operate specialized equipment to clean fryers, filter oil, and handle oil delivery/removal for commercial clients (universities, hospitals, restaurants).

Must have previous experience working third/overnight shifts. This is a high-energy, manual role that requires consistent lifting and maneuvering. Candidates must be physically prepared for a labor-intensive, hands-on environment.

Compensation & Rewards

• Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00/hour (Based on experience).
• Massive Bonus: Earn up to $4,500 in Sign-On Bonuses!
• $1,500 paid after 30 days post-training.
• $3,000 paid after 6 months of independent work.

Schedule & Perks

• Schedule: Full-Time Overnight Shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM), 4–5 nights per week Monday-Friday.
• Autonomy: Work independently on your own route.
• Benefits: Paid training, all uniforms/tools provided, $25/month phone reimbursement, and Paid Time Off (1–2 weeks).

What We Require

• Experience: Proven success working overnight/third shift.
• Reliability: Highly dependable, self-motivated, and a strong work ethic.
• Driving: Valid driver’s license (3 years, clean record). Comfortable driving a 16’ box truck.
• Physical: Able to lift 75 lbs.
• Clearance: Must pass a background check and DOT medical exam (paid for by Filta).
