THE VITAL CAREGIVING ROLE YOU'LL HAVE
As a full- or part-time Autism Direct Support Professional - Caregiver, you'll guide and support an individual in building life skills that foster independence. You'll be there to help them navigate life's challenges – from learning social cues and boundaries to participating in daily exercise. You're not just showing up for a job – you're enabling someone to live a more fulfilling life!
YOUR SCHEDULE
We offer a part-time schedule that allows you to dispatch directly from your home-no central reporting location required!
- Tuesday: 8 AM - 4 PM
- Thursday: 8 AM - 4 PM
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals who experience Autism
- Trained in de-escalation tactics
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
