Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacy Manager located in Knoxville, TN. The Pharmacy Manager will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage inventory, and maintain excellent customer service. Other responsibilities include supervising pharmacy staff, optimizing workflows, and contributing to financial performance. The Pharmacy Manager will collaborate with staff and patients to deliver effective, personalized healthcare solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills, including staff supervision and team coordination
- Experience in pharmacy operations, including inventory management and workflow optimization
- Thorough knowledge of pharmacy regulatory compliance and industry standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Business acumen, proficiency in budgeting, and financial performance tracking
- PharmD or equivalent degree and active pharmacy licensure in Tennessee
