Creative Project Manager Intern:
We are looking for a project manager intern to oversee digital projects from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly and seamlessly, while reporting progress to senior staff members. The candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment, and is confident in their decision-making skills and has a sharp eye for detail that will be as essential as tactical thinking and clear communication skills.
Life Time Communications Intern:
Our Life Time Intern will work on the Public Relations & Internal Communications team to improve communications with external and internal audiences. Tasks will include the collection of member and team member stories that we can use in both channels, developing media lists and assisting with media communication, growing our presence on LT Grid through preparing communication and data analysis.
MART - Marketing Intern:
The MART Marketing Intern supports the Member Acquisition & Retention Marketing Team and will collaborate with the marketing strategy, marketing analytics, creative, and operations teams in all stages of marketing campaigns. This individual is responsible for:
- Gathering and presenting market research
- Analyzing multi-channel marketing campaign performance
- Monitoring and analyzing member feedback regarding marketing campaigns and programs
- Planning and managing the creative development of select marketing tactics
- Prepare detailed promotional presentations
- Assist with daily financial and marketing channel reporting tasks
Editorial Experience Life Intern:
The Editorial Intern’s primary responsibilities consist of fact checking and researching, and will include some writing for the magazine’s features, regular departments, and other content areas, including digital. The Editorial Intern contributes to the creative-planning process, and works closely with the Managing Editor, Fact Checker, Copy Chief, Senior Editors, Deputy Editors, and Editor in Chief to supply content that meets the creative and quality standards outlined in the creative blueprint. Central tasks are focused on 60 percent of workload on digital and print fact checking and research; 20 percent on writing and editing; 10 percent on copy editing and proofreading; and 10 percent on planning and assisting on various editorial and digital projects. Job duties require maintaining clear, consistent communication with the managing editor, editorial staff, and sometimes freelancers. The Editorial Intern is responsible for tracking and adhering to all deadlines specified in the production calendar. At any given time, an Editorial Intern may simultaneously be working on four to five separate issues and specific digital projects as they progress through various stages of editorial development.

Position Summary
Life Time seeks a motivated student or recent graduate to assist in the marketing and launch efforts for our internal Learning & Development initiatives. This internship is an opportunity for a student to take ownership of designated projects for an abbreviated period of time to help extend and apply their knowledge to meet business goals. Our Program Marketing Intern will work to improve communications communication and marketing of programs to leaders and team members.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Gathering and presenting market research
- Gathering and evaluating marketing analytics for existing programs
- Developing and presenting a proposal with additional tactics for increased engagement
- Writing engaging and informative copy for program promotion
- Designing a launch plan framework, including tools, checklists or templates, to be leveraged for future program launches
- Analyzing multi-channel marketing campaign performance
- Preparing detailed promotional presentations
- Observing multiple office positions and training in a variety of tasks
- Attending team and company meetings and functions as needed
- Assisting in other miscellaneous tasks as needed
Position Requirements
• Must be enrolled in an accredited university/college program
• Currently maintaining a GPA of 2.0 or higher
• Excellent written communication and teamwork skills
