Position Summary
A Corporate Campus Maintenance Technician supports all corporate spaces for maintenance needs. This can range from replacing batteries/lightbulbs all the way to troubleshooting our boilers and RTUs for deficiencies.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Minor office repairs
- HVAC troubleshooting/repair
- Event Support
- Vendor access coordination
- Plumbing troubleshooting/repair
- Electrical troubleshooting/repair
Minimum Required Qualifications
Other:
- Critical thinking skills that can be applied to complex system problems
Education:
- High school diploma
Years of Experience:
- 3 years in maintenance related positions
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:

Preferred Qualifications:
- Plumbing/Boiler/HVAC certifications and/or experience
