Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personalized customer service to all members and guests, responding to their needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally
* Promote LIFE TIME Work to prospective members, assisting them with the buying process and contributing to the achievement of our acquisition and retention goals
* Collaborate with the Concierge Team to create a positive and inclusive environment, sharing expertise and modeling behaviors that drive service excellence
* Participate in daily walkthroughs to ensure all areas are clean, organized, and meet high standards
* Host member events focused on living a healthy way of life and cultivating community connection between members
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing members, providing ongoing support and guidance
* Monitor and report on business financials, including P&L, to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and time management skills
Preferred Requirements:
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
