About the Role:
This leadership position serves as a vital member of our Concierge Team, promoting a culture of service excellence. The Membership Concierge III will deliver top-notch customer service to all members and guests, actively promoting LIFE TIME Work and contributing significantly to the achievement of our acquisition and retention goals. As a leader on the Concierge Team, this individual will share expertise and model behaviors that drive service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and develop strong relationships with new and existing members by providing personalized customer service and demonstrating care for all members, team members, and space presentation
* Serve members at member service desks, setting an energetic, helpful, and friendly tone
* Perform daily walkthroughs to ensure all areas are clean, organized, and meet high standards
* Host member events focused on living a healthy way of life and cultivating community connection between members
* Demonstrate personal sales success by achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent outreach
* Track business financials for the LIFE TIME Work location, including P&L
* Facilitate cross-training with Club Member Concierge teams
* Build awareness and support for retention through effective communication and reporting of social and business activities
* Collect and respond to feedback and concerns gathered from team members and members
* Deliver new member onboarding
Requirements:
* High School Diploma or GED
* 3-5 years of sales and customer service experience
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent communication and time management skills
Preferred Requirements:
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
