Job Overview
Life Ride is seeking a motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to lead and support our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Division. This position provides direct oversight of both Wheelchair (MAVO) and Basic Life Support (BLS Ambulance) employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise MAVO and BLS crews
- Monitor daily operations
- Ensure quality patient care
- Support and evaluate employees
- Ensure training and compliance
- Complete reports and documentation
- Maintain equipment and vehicles
- Collaborate with management
- Provide field support
