Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced ETL Developer to help us design and maintain the data systems that keep our organization running on reliable, accurate information. This role is all about making sure data from multiple sources is properly collected, transformed, and delivered where it’s needed — so teams across the company can make smarter, faster decisions.
You’ll be part of a collaborative data team that values clean, efficient pipelines and believes good data engineering drives business success.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain ETL processes that move and transform data across systems.
- Develop and manage integrations for a variety of data sources, including APIs, databases, and flat files.
- Work closely with analysts and business stakeholders to turn requirements into well-designed data flows.
- Optimize ETL performance for speed, reliability, and scalability.
- Set up data validation checks and handle exceptions to maintain quality and consistency.
- Support data modeling and warehouse design to ensure strong foundations for reporting and analytics.
- Contribute todocumentation, automation, and ongoing improvements to our data environment.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in ETL development, data integration, or data engineering.
- Hands-on experience designing andmaintainingproduction-grade data pipelines.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with at least one ETL tool (e.g., Talend, Informatica, SSIS, AWS Glue,dbt, ApacheNiFi).
- Familiarity with cloud data environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Understanding ofdata modeling, schema design, and performance tuning.
- Comfortable working with Python, Java, or Scala for scripting or automation.
- Knowledge of data governance, validation, and security best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Experience with cloud-based data tools such as AWS Glue, Redshift, or Azure Data Factory.
- Familiarity with modern data stack tools likedbt, Airflow, orFivetran.
- Understanding ofdata warehouse and data lake architectures.
- Experience supporting BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Working knowledge of CI/CD practices, Git, and containerization (Docker).
- Data quality or observability experience (e.g., Great Expectations).
- Relevant certifications (AWS Data Engineer, SnowflakeSnowPro,dbtFundamentals) are a plus.
