Opportunity 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in .NET (C#) and Azure technologies, while also being adaptable to other modern tools and frameworks. This role requires a collaborative, team-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment. 

Responsibilities:  

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET (C#) and Azure cloud services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and maintainability.
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, Azure DevOps, and more.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance the development process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications: 

• 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on .NET (C#) and Azure technologies.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools, such as Azure DevOps, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, with a solid grasp of Agile principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React, or Blazor) is a plus.
• Knowledge of database systems, including SQL Server and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, MongoDB).
• A passion for clean, maintainable code and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with other programming languages or frameworks (e.g., PHP, Python, Java, Node.js).
• Experience with CMS, LMS and CRM systems
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration or data analytics tools.
• Background in performance optimization and scalability for enterprise-level applications.
