Duties

- Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, utilizing techniques such as psychopharmacology, art therapy, and gender issues counseling.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide crisis intervention as needed to ensure client safety and well-being.
Experience
Candidates should possess a background in mental health or a related field. Experience in psychopharmacology, art therapy, or gender issues counseling is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential for success in this role.
