Highly Motivated Physical Therapist Needed in
Outpatient Physical Therapy Office (Towson, MD)

We are growing and are in need of a physical therapist who is outgoing, reliable, self-motivated, open-minded, positive-thinking, entrepreneurial and genuine. Does this sound like you?
Our therapist needs to be a very organized individual with an advanced degree in physical therapy from an APTA-accredited physical therapy program, preferably with 1-2 years experience.
Individual must have a current MD state license in good standing with the Maryland State Board of Physical Therapy Examiners. We are looking for full-time hours (40 hours), but are willing to be flexible for the right candidate. Options may include (4)10 hrs workdays or other agreeable arrangements.

- Evaluating each patient in a way that is specific to age, illness, injury, and/or disease.
- TIMELY preparation of written plan of care based on evaluation findings using web-based EMR..
- Supervising the implementation of each plan of care, coordinating treatment with support staff.
- Complying with established clinic metrics for therapists and administrative staff.
- Actively participating in ongoing marketing strategies to ensure the health of our practice.
- Willingly participating in community events to help promote the practice.
- Being a proactive member of our team, bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise.
- Helping foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone.
- Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient’s satisfaction.
