Caring, compassionate, and motivated Instructors needed for Day Program setting. Work with developmentally disabled and/or physically disabled adults in the facility/community, providing training and assistance with skills of daily living, communication, socialization, safety skills, etc. while maintaining the health and safety of persons served.
Great hours, day shift, Mon-Fri, no nights, holidays or weekends. Great benefits for full-time employees, including health, vision, dental and life insurance, and paid holiday breaks! We also offer a bonus for employees with previous training through MORC/CMH. Opportunity for performance based and/or merit hourly rate increases! Qualifying Applicants must provide the following: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED), valid Michigan Driver’s License with good driving record, pass a physical, 60lb lift test, drug screen and TB test. Candidate must have good moral character, including a clear criminal background check and ability to successfully complete all initial orientation and agency training within the timelines specified.
