💵 Starting Pay
PCA: $15.00/hr
CNA: $16.50/hr
Nursing Assistant: $15.50/hr
✨ Enjoy a $0.50/hr raise after completing paid training!

Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding)
Light housekeeping (laundry, linens, tidying)
Prepare simple, healthy meals
Medication reminders
Support and educate families on safe care practices
Use dementia-safe care techniques (training provided)
✅ What You’ll Need
Valid PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification
A compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
Comfortable with small pets (preferred)
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Strong communication skills (phone/email)
Willingness to follow care plans and adapt as needed
Ability to pass a background check
Dementia care experience is a plus
