Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary to join our team. The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient communication within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Responsibilities: - Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Maintain and update files, records, and databases - Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate calendars - Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations - Conduct research and gather information as needed - Provide customer service and support to clients or visitors - Process order entries and maintain inventory records - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software - Coordinate events and handle logistics for meetings or conferences - Support project coordination by tracking progress and deadlines - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus - Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant - Proficient in computerized systems and software (Microsoft Office Suite) - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent proofreading and attention to detail skills - Exceptional customer service and communication skills - Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is preferred - Experience in event planning or project coordination is a bonus As a Secretary, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within our organization.
