Position Summary
Life Principles Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to provide Community Living and Supports (CLS) and Respite services to children and adults with behavioral health needs, intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), and other special needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support in the home and community.
- Assist individuals with developing daily living, social, and independent living skills.
- Encourage participation in community activities and recreational outings.
- Provide supervision, companionship, and respite support.
- Complete required service documentation.
- Follow each individual's Person-Centered Plan and agency policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to helping others.
