Life of Riley is seeking a compassionate, dependable, team-oriented caregiver to join our team on a full-time day shift schedule.

Duties
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and meaningful engagement throughout the day.
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks while monitoring dietary needs and hydration.
- Assist with medication administration according to training and company policies.
- Observe and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or concerns to management and nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate documentation and effective communication between shifts.
- Support a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
- Work collaboratively with coworkers, families, hospice staff, healthcare providers, and community partners.
- Encourage resident independence while ensuring safety and dignity at all times.
- Participate in activities and help create a positive, home-like atmosphere for residents.
Skills
- Previous caregiving, healthcare, assisted living, home care, or direct care experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
- Must be able to pass required background checks and meet employment requirements.
- Medication administration experience preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
