SHIFTS: THURSDAYS 8:30-2, SUNDAYS 8-1
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and routing calls effectively.
- Handle appointment scheduling
- Support office operations by managing incoming and outgoing emails, organizing supplies, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, assisting with basic inquiries, and supporting client needs.
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and basic computer literacy
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse interactions professionally and courteously.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
