Compensation:
Our Cleaning Technicians are paid using a hybrid compensation structure where they are paid by the job for cleaning jobs and hourly for non-cleaning tasks. The system rewards volume and efficiency. The more Job Ticket Hours (JTH) you complete in a week, the higher the tier rate ($19, $21, or $23 per JTH) and the greater your earning potential.
- Average earning: $19 - $25 per hour equivalent, depending on speed, efficiency, and job type
- Guaranteed minimum wage
- You are paid for all time worked, including travel between jobs, setup, restocking, laundry, and equipment maintenance
- Opportunities for bonuses
Details about the job:
- Full-Time Positions ONLY - we only offer positions for long term employment
- Must be able to consistently lift 20Lbs., bend, kneel, and twist while performing the necessary cleaning duties throughout the day
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have your own reliable transportation with proper insurance
- Must have a smart phone and email address
- Must have experience and confidence driving in the snow and ice...Welcome to the Northwest!

- We require that employees be able to speak and read in the English language in order to communicate with our customers and to read our safety and standard operating procedures and employment policies and procedures.
- Service Areas we commute to: Spokane, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Greenacres, Palouse, Valley Ford, South Hill, North Spokane, Five Mile, Nine Mile, Indian Trails
