Overview
Assisted Living Facility Administrator (ALF) – Citrus Springs, FL
We are looking for a strong, experienced ALF Administrator to take our facility to the next level. This is not just a maintenance role — we already have an Assistant Administrator in place. We are looking for the right leader to improve operations, strengthen compliance, and drive overall performance.
Requirements:
- Active Florida ALF Administrator license (course completed & certified)
- Proven experience successfully managing an ALF
- Strong knowledge of **Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) regulations and surveys
- Experience with Medicaid / LTC preferred
- Strong leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills

- Ensure full compliance and smooth inspections
- Increase efficiency, organization, and overall quality of care
- Work alongside an Assistant Administrator and build a strong management team
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and compliance
- Lead and supervise staff (with support from Assistant Administrator)
- Prepare and manage AHCA inspections
- Improve systems, processes, and accountability
- Maintain high standards of resident care
