About the Practice
Life Long Dental Care is a recently renovated, modern dental practice with 5 operatories and room for expansion. We are a PPO/FFS practice with a 98% collection rate and a strong, loyal patient base. Our team includes 2–2.5 hygienists and 1–2 dental assistants. We average 20–35 new patients per month, and daily doctor production ranges from $3,000–$4,500. Our practice is supported by a robust marketing team that drives growth and ensures a steady flow of new patients.
This is a primary provider role—you will be the sole general dentist in the practice, offering a unique opportunity to take full ownership of patient care and maximize your income potential. This position is ideal for a dentist who is confident, self-motivated, and comfortable with a wide scope of care.

Compensation & Benefits
- Collections-based pay: 30–35%
- Daily Guarantee: $850–$1,000 (for up to 18 months)
- Sign-on/Relocation Bonus: $15,000–$20,000 (paid at the discretion of the practice)

Ideal Candidate
- Experience: 2 years preferred
- Skills: Bread-and-butter dentistry with added proficiency in endodontics and implants
- Mindset: Independent, patient-focused, and comfortable being the solo provider in a high-performing practice
- Autonomy: Confident managing full comprehensive care—diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, and maintenance
