Job Coach
Location: Mashpee, MA
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-Time | MONDAY–Saturday

What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one coaching and guidance at various job sites
- Help clients build confidence, independence, and workplace skills
- Transport individuals to employment locations (personal vehicle required)
- Maintain sanitary conditions and promote hygiene practices
- Document progress and collaborate with community resources
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable, patient, and positive attitude
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer/email proficiency
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to pass CORI, DPPC, fingerprint check, and have an MVR that meets insurance requirements
- Experience in retail, hospitality, automotive, or teaching/training is a plus
Training Provided: CPR/First Aid certification through LIFE
