You'll work directly with product and engineering leadership to transform how we scope, plan, and deliver work.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain product operations processes including intake, requirements definition, sprint planning, and roadmap management
- Create and facilitate rituals that ensure engineers understand scope, context, and business value before committing to work
- Implement work-in-progress limits, dependency tracking, and capacity planning to enable parallel initiative execution
- Build and maintain roadmap infrastructure with clear Now/Next/Later visibility across the organization
- Run quarterly and monthly planning cycles that produce realistic timelines and firm delivery commitments
- Facilitate initiative kickoffs, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and review meetings
- Track and communicate program status, risks, and delivery timelines to stakeholders at all levels
- Establish baseline team velocity through data collection and metrics tracking
- Design and implement definition of done, bug triage processes, and sprint closure practices
- Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and process iteration based on team feedback and results
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of program management or project management experience building and improving product/engineering operations
- Proven track record establishing processes and practices in environments requiring structure
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, estimation challenges, and technical constraints
- Strong facilitation and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and practical application in real-world environments
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into actionable engineering work
- Data-driven approach to measuring velocity, cycle time, and delivery predictability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare technology or regulated industries
- Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or equivalent)
- PMP or technical program management certification
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
- Understanding of modern web applications, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS)
- Background working in growth-stage or transforming organizations
- Experience with platform integrations
